I stayed at Camping Des Papillons for my Ironman race in Vichy, which was conveniently located just 35 minutes away. Valerie and her husband were incredibly helpful and Valerie's perfect English made it easy to get detailed information about Vichy and the surrounding area. The cabin we stayed in was basic but exactly what we needed, and our 5-year-old daughter had a blast in the pool and park. The receptionist was friendly and even delivered breakfast to our tent when the snack bar was closed. The campsite is surrounded by beautiful rural scenery, with plenty of space for children to play and cycle. a lovely and quiet stay perfect for families.
